What part of camouflage do you NOT understand. They are not tigers. They are made up to LOOK like tigers. While you are trying to determine if they are in fact tigers, and what their intentions might be, they are getting the FAC on the net and calling a drone to shoot a Hellfire missile up your ass...

They are in fact Kangaroos. But they are also members of the Tamil Tigers, a largely defeated armed Sri Lankan separatist group.
