The Wisdom of Children

Daughter Kiwi: I want to wear runners to school but I can't
AK: Why not?
DK: If I do they will say "Oh no DK has made us sad, we have to go and drink Gin".
That's my girl.

New Zealand schools do not consider gin to be a legitimate business expense for the teaching staff. Unaccountable, but there it is.
