The bottle is then riddled, so that the lees settles in the neck of the wine bottle...
Manual riddling is still done for Prestige Cuvées in Champagne... mechanised riddling equipment (a gyropalette) is used instead.

I know how hard it is to find righteous tasso. It's a ten hour drive to Houma from here but in the time a round trip would take it's really easy to make tasso at home if you have salt, a fridge, some cajun spices and know someone that cuts up hogs. Really there's nothing easier in the charcuterie dept. (insert coonass joke here)

Y'know, it's just not sexy when you're fucking the pig and you look at her body and there's some kinda art there that has nothing to do with anything.
I believe G.E. owes me something like $800 per month until I die, assuming I ever reach the age of retirement.

Hey, you have any idea how hard it is to find righteous Tasso?
Dammit
I avoid being put off my breakfast by only having brunch.
Who knew that Barack Hussein Obama's New World Order would lead to Illuminati ham?

How did we get onto the subject of Italian Renaissance poets?

Well, one day Boudreaux was visiting Thibideaux...
WV-baccoans... another branded pork product
They're trying to brand Ossabaw hog because of their acorn diet. Just like old Europe! How do you say 'appellation controlée' in South Carolinian?
My favorite coonass joke is that rarest thing among ethnic jokes, reversible.
What do you call someone that lives on the other side of the Sabine?
An asshole.
Works in East TX & LA too, also.
