On the street of Shame

It is a lonely street which we here in the Riddled building inhabit. One pops out for lunch full of the cares of an unkind world, feeling the trouser ache growing but also knowing that "Nothing can be done". Aware that for 5 days now, the internets have been ignoring prodigious output concerning angels on the head of pins, skeletal horses and pictures of a trouserless Mikey.
And what surcease are we offered. A foaming mug of Shame dispensed by Sarah Palin's fashion advisor.
It is all a bit much

You probably shouldn't have tried to take the picture on such a foggy night during a power outage...

ckc (not kc) try this

Mikey, note the fellow to the left in the background? That is the actual photographer in the act of erecting his equipment. Through time difference technicalities and parallax error he has been able to photograph himself before, the photo was actually taken. He has Mr McSubstances keys.

"erecting his equipment" ???!!!

...now you're just taunting me! (unless he's erecting his equipment in a blinding snowstorm)

[a shared diary is a duary?]

A diary is shared by definition. If it were for one person only, it would be a monoary.

If those are mushrooms sprouting out of the road at Mrs Miggins' feet, then the drips and spilth from the mugs of shame are stimulating their growth in freakish ways. And if they're not mushrooms but bread rolls, then that's not entirely natural either.

(okay, let's see... erect photographer [equipment], road, mushrooms, Mrs. Miggins, freakish ways [goes without saying], bread rolls... give me a second - I'll have my re-creation ready as soon as I find my blush crayon...)

...well, there it is!! just exactly as I recreated it (didn't get the rocks quite right, however - not used to them being in bunches)

Note that it is Casual Friday so Mrs.Miggins has only one shoe on.
Can everyone see the photo? Or has my workplace blocked subversive literature?
