Is there really a town called WTF, Arizona?

Surely there must be. Teachers with accents are getting weeded out and have to go to special courses.
After evaluation and despite completing an accent-reduction course, some teachers at Creighton were ruled still unsuited to teaching English-language learners.
Well tough luck for them, I guess.
Now, comes news that the Governor wants to shut down ethnic studies that:
“promote the overthrow of the U.S. government, promote resentment of a particular race or class of people, are designed primarily for students of a particular ethnic group or advocate ethnic solidarity instead of the treatment of pupils as individuals.”
Are there a lot of ethnic study programmes that promote the overthrow of the government? If there is, a friend would like to know how to sign up for them.
John Sidney McCain will fix all of this up, of course. Wow with him and Queen Moosilini (ITTDGY 2009)
as Preznit and Vice Preznit (whatever the VP does, who knows?) the world would be a better place, eh?
Personally, I got nothing against Arizonans, they seem OK, their leaders have several barrels of screws loose, however.

To be honest, my experiences in Arizona have been uniformly great. New Mexico, on the other hand, is full of people who want to injure me and take my stuff...

I'm with mikey on Arizona, though I have heard "those communists in Washington" a few times.

I'm also kinda of the opinion that people who aren't good at English shouldn't be teaching it...and there are people who teach English who are both hard to understand and unlikely to catch errors present in written and spoken assignments.

studies that: “promote the overthrow of the U.S. government [...]"

If you're not learning how to blow up public monuments then it takes a lot of the fun out of chemistry class.

Is it wrong for me to say I don't understand the question and will I need to do homework on this?

Maybe they should change the name of Arizona to "dry zone" to prevent the further infiltration of "Spanishstic" influence.

I'm glad I saw the place before it descendent into a maelstrom of madness... the Petrified Forest, Meteor Crater, and (but of course) the Grand Canyon are all incredible scenes of nature's majesty.

Honestly, it's New Mexico that needs some draconian legislation. The worst beating I ever took was in san francisco, at a little neighborhood bar called (I SWEAR) The L'il Village. The regulars were all yelling insults and challenges at somebody, so I joined in, you know, to in-GRASHE-ee-ate myself with the locals, don'tcha know. Well, dammit, turned out I was the dood they were insulting. And the whole bar was a bunch of lifelong buddies. And me. They beat me half to death, and threw me out onto the street. Then, thinking better of it, they drug me back into the L'il Village and beat me some more.

But setting that aside, the second, third and fourth worst beatings I ever took were in New Mexico. I don't know what it is with those people. They don't have a sense of humor, and they are impervious to being hit with stuff. And they are methodical, angry and did I mention that hitting them with stuff only annoys them?

I have hopes for Arizona, that someday all the evil forces and angry, illiterate douchebags that are fucking that perfectly fine, if mostly unlivable place into some kind of laughingstock/concentration camp will pick up their swastikas and their limp dicks and move to New Mexico, and we can just nuke the whole goddam place.

No. Not another episode. I'm better now. Thanks...
