When bargaining goes horribly wrong

I think that it has been commented upon before about the difficulties involved in labour negotiations with the Riddled library pixies. Note, here that the giving is all on the side of Smut. He has the goat shoes on, the coir skirt, the Humrous Carrot, the Neverempty alehorn, The Broom of Drat and the Big Stick of Burnies Oooh Hot. They are a simple people happy in their traditions, some of which date back to 2005.
Mrs Cat is providing security so the pixies have invited sparrows and such which livens things up more than somewhat.
Whilst they are simple folk, they are skilled negotiators and have persuaded Smut that the best way to achieve ongoing productivity gains in the matter of retrieval of reference books from down the side of the tea room sofa, is a circle dance.
Lord knows what will happen when it comes to Overtime Rates When Operating in Inter Stitial Space-time. We might have to get them drunk for that.

the coir skirt
Not as itchy as the Cameron of Erracht kilt.
Teh circle dance becomes noticeably more exciting when the broom catches on fire.

the Neverempty alehorn

You get drunk enough and you pass out and there's a new lake by morning. Fun!

Fortunately they are total lightweights.

I completely refudiate any suggestions that I am suffering from Munchausen-by-Pixie syndrome.
