Pssshhhh.
I worked at Texas Steel in Fort Worth in the mid seventies.
We would have rioted at that level of employee safety regulations..
Thou shalt weareth thy hardde Hatte whilst forgeing ye Steele!
Strapping a small child onto your knee is a great way of keeping off the sparks.
They should probably strap children to ALL the flammable surfaces then.
