Not even wrong

From Wellington's Paper of Record Note:

If you can extract any gist out of the whole incoherent compendium of platitudes then you are doing better than I.

Doug Bailey is apparently "a former lawyer and commentator with graduate degrees in law and psychology". He is not a syndicated columnist and there is no indication how the Dom-Post found him; I can only suppose that his opinion piece turned up mysteriously in the office, flung through the transom.

I am now legally obliged to play some real Björk.

In the Shea/Wilson construct, fnords are scattered liberally in the text of newspapers and magazines, causing fear and anxiety in those following current events.

Ahh, yes. I remember Mr. Bjork; He's the one that drove the Fnord.

Björk would have been a better Supreme than Bork or Scalia.

Have you read Ginsburg's "Howl"? Good stuff.

So is Bailey borked or Björked?
