The Game of Bat and Drag-on

Evangeline von Holsteren (head barmaid at the Old Entomologist) has informed the clientele that that we will be fielding a cricket team this season, oh yes, try not to cheer too loudly.
Lack of proper cricket whites will not be accepted as an excuse.

UPDATE with Bonus Cricket costume.
There is always room in the world for more opera for furries.

I realize cricket takes a long time, but that man in the middle may be dead.

You'd think a place named The Old Entomologist could could come up w/ a more interesting/exotic bug than a cricket to form a team around.

Put on your thinking caps, barkeeps!

Also too Maurice Sendak designed a very nice Cricket costume for the 1981 NYCO production of "The Cunning Little Vixen", but can I find a copy on the Intertuba? Can I bogroll.

Oh dear, Smut has made a common mistake here and put the current NZ cricket teams photo up. Keen as mustard those chaps!
The actual team photo is here. C'mon the Crinolines!
