The bottle is then riddled, so that the lees settles in the neck of the wine bottle...
Manual riddling is still done for Prestige Cuvées in Champagne... mechanised riddling equipment (a gyropalette) is used instead.
Aye, there's nowt 'omoerotic about True Men being ripped t'shreds by airborne rodents.
Obligatory soothing soundtrack.
Man's Life has a lady on the cover with our hero of the bloody bites, but not True Men.~
Perhaps someone should take all those identically-posed Mens-Life / Twue-Man covers and assemble them into an animated GIF.
If he's being attacked by flying squirrels, he probably has ringworm or something.
Sorry, I ignored the "identically-posed" portion of your comment. I liked it that way. There may also be a rogue cover from a different magazine.
B4: Nah. T'squirls prefer Cryptococcus gattii...or possibly C. neoformans, given the implications of the cover of Twue Men.I once spent several days pursuing sugar gliders around Redgum stands in an effort to track down possible causes of an outbreak of community acquired C. gattii . As in El Norte, the secretive cabal of cute critters inoculate the spores under the bark of Redgums when they jump from tree to tree, thereby viciously attacking invasive species like humans. Never trust anything cute with big eyes and claws that catch.
War among the squirrels.
